Daredevil: Born Again is planned to be filmed throughout the year 2023. Charlie Cox, the star of the MCU series told NME, that the shooting will start in February and finish in December of 2023. This time the Daredevil series will have a total of 18 episodes unlike the 13 episodes for each 3 seasons since it was first launched on Netflix in 2015 and then cancelled in 2018.

Charlie hopes that the 18 episodes will hopefully show Murdock’s life as a lawyer in greater detail and imagines that the series will be like an old school procedural show. He’s really excited about it and believes that the show will become very interesting.

Disney plus will show the character of Daredevil as dark, just like it was on Netflix, but less gory, and will be targeted towards a more mature audience.

Charlie luckily reprised his role as Murdock in the movie Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2022 and in an episode of She Hulk: Attorney at Law after being cancelled on Netflix.

Daredevil: Born Again will premiere on Disney plus in 2024 but before that, Charlie will appear as Daredevil in the MCU series Echo, which will release in late 2023
