Inspired by the true story of a restaurant that served human flesh in northern Iran in the late 90s, Fish & Cat tells the story of a group of university students camping at a lakeside for a kite-running event. Shot in a single take, and dubbed an ‘audacious technical exercise’ by The Hollywood Reporter, this film has gained cult status in both its country of origin and the rest of the world.
