One of the fathers of La Nouvelle Vague, The New Wave in the French Cinema, Jean Luc Godard’s films are being shown in the BFI this January 2016. What an amazing way to start the new year.

The films being shown will include his earliest masterpiece ‘A Bout de Souffle‘  (1960) starring Jean Seberg, an experimental film ‘Le Mepris‘ (1963) starring France’s sex icon Brigitte Bardot, ‘Pierrot Le Fou‘ starring the charming Anna Karina, ‘La Chinoise‘ starring the improviser Jean Pierre Leaud and many more.
